Check out this week’s newest features, improvements and fixes. TrueNCOA now supports JSON when POSTing to the API. We have also added an additional API call that combines the Submit File and Create Export calls to allow you to automatically export a submitted file. This will allow you to define the export template variable, and a webhook can be added when uploading data.

Check out this week’s newest features, improvements and fixes. We’ve published a new export template. The Move Records Only Layout exports all fields but only includes records where move data was found. This will include all 0-48 month moves and any move, no forwarding addresses.

Release 22

Check out this week’s newest features, improvements and fixes. Improved parsing performance: This weeks release has greatly improved the speed of name parsing. The parsing stage of file processing should now complete faster and as a result improve the overall system performance.
File parsing progress: In order to provide you with a better measure of your file’s progress, TrueNCOA now displays the progress of name parsing as a percentage next to the parsing status while the file is in this stage.
Release notes pop up and link: In order to keep our users up to date on the latest features, improvements and fixes, TrueNCOA will now display a small pop up in the upper right hand corner allowing you to preview and access the latest release notes. You can also access release notes via a link at the bottom right of the page next to our other helpful links.
Fixes
Credit count: After credit purchases the credit counter took a few seconds to update. The correct credit count should now display immediately after purchases.
Update prompt: After toggling file updates off, the update prompt would previously remain until the page was refreshed. The update prompt should now be immediately removed after toggling updates off.
