Release 32

Check out this week’s newest improvements. TrueNCOA has been working to update our export templates to be more consistent throughout. The changes include a re-ordering of the fields on export. All input fields will now be listed first, and then the export fields will be listed. In addition, the Name ID and Individual Record ID fields have been updated to Name Id and Individual Record Id respectively. This allowed all Id fields to be consistent.

Check out this week’s new feature. TrueNCOA created a new notification on the file detail page that indicates whether your file has any record parsing or processing exceptions due to input data issues such as missing delimiters or character limits.

Release 29

Check out this week’s newest improvements. We have updated our name parsing to improve the systems ability to parse nonstandard name formats. The name parser will now be able to detect how a names are formatted within a file. This improved name parsing will help to eliminate potential parsing errors and improve match rates.

Release 27

Check out this week’s newest features, improvements and fixes. TrueNCOA now supports JSON when POSTing to the API. We have also added an additional API call that combines the Submit File and Create Export calls to allow you to automatically export a submitted file. This will allow you to define the export template variable, and a webhook can be added when uploading data.

Check out this week’s newest features, improvements and fixes. We’ve published a new export template. The Move Records Only Layout exports all fields but only includes records where move data was found. This will include all 0-48 month moves and any move, no forwarding addresses.
