Release 154

Release 152: This Week's Improvements

Processing Acknowledgment Form (PAF)

TrueNCOA previously created the PAF automatically with user registration information. Moving forward, users will be required to fill out their organization's PAF details within the application. You will be prompted to complete the PAF once you have logged into your account. Your PAF will need to be submitted and approved by our team prior to exporting any files. You can read more about this here.

File Exceptions

We have improved the file exceptions to include an automated email that includes details on your file processing exceptions. File processing exceptions can also now be downloaded within the UI from the exceptions section at the bottom of the file display page.

Previously Reported MNF Records Removed From Updates

As part of ongoing improvements to our file update process, we will no longer include previously reported MNF records in new Update files. These were included in our previous update process. You will still receive any newly reported move addresses. You may also notice that the record count for new updates has changed. This record count now indicates the number of records included in the update process, rather than the number of new moves identified. You will receive an email indicating the number of new moves identified in your update.

This Week's New Features

Organization Settings Page

We've added an organization settings page in addition to the user settings page.

This page will include all organization users, purchases and credit usage. This page also includes a new users button to allow you to add users to your account.

Fixes

Web Hook Errors

We fixed an issue with the webhook parameters being removed in the API. Users were receiving errors due to the URL being rewritten without query components.
