TrueNCOA Support

TrueNCOA allows your organization to specify if it is an agency or direct mailer/list owner.  If you are preparing the list and sending the mail directly through the USPS, you are not required to specify anything other than your organization's informaiton.  If your registration was approved by TrueNCOA, we have done the due diligence and compliance review required to authorize your use as an end user for access to NCOALink®.

Application (APP) Implementation

The implementation through the APP is simple, just confirm your company's/organization's details in Organization Settings - https://app.truencoa.com/Organizations/Settings

Application Programming Interface (API) Implementation

The implementation through the API is just as easy, you just pass the mailer name through one of the methods, either the standalone create method, or part of the records add method.  See https://truencoa.com/api for more information.
