A large healthcare organization needed to update addresses in their database prior to performing segmentation for a national mailing and had not updated with NCOA or performed any data hygiene in the previous year. With TrueNCOA they were able to identify invalid addresses on their file, standardize and update addresses for moves within the last 48 months, and improve delivery and response rates, all for our flat rate of $20 including 95 days of free updates.

The organization processed their file for free and within minutes received our complimentary TrueNCOA report indicating they had more than 90,000 move records on a file of approximately 2 million. In addition, it identified almost 120,000 non-deliverable records on the file for an estimated potential postage savings of over $70,000.

We also notify all TrueNCOA users when we discover deceased records on their NCOA file, indicating that they may want to run a deceased suppression with TrueDeceased. As with TrueNCOA, the organization  was able to process their file for free and view our complimentary TrueDeceased report indicating more than 6,000 deceased records on their file. The results were immediately available for export for our flat rate of $50 including 6 months of free updates.

Update patient and donor databases
