Which CRM Provider Has The Best NCOA Support?

Each month we process hundreds of files from CRM providers and their customers, and always get asked how much CRMs charge for NCOA so we put together a CRM NCOA Report Card.  We also spend a lot of time on the phone discussing how to export, process, and import the data back into CRMs since none have NCOA integrated directly into their product.  We are attempting to work with them all, but it takes a lot of work on behalf of the CRMs to modify their systems, write the integration code, and manage the update process so that your data is the best it can be.

What do the grades mean?

• A - CRM provides integrated NCOA services, transparent pricing, and automatic weekly update notifications
• B - CRM manages NCOA update services, transparent pricing, and weekly update notifications
• C - CRM manages NCOA updates, has some published pricing, but no weekly update notifications
• D - CRM has no NCOA process, no published pricing, and no weekly update notifications!
