What is the Coding Accuracy Support System?

Commonly known as CASS, the Coding Accuracy Support System evaluates address-matching software.  It, also, improves the accuracy of carrier route, 5-digit ZIP, ZIP+4, delivery point codes, LACS, etc.

This system gives vendors, mailers, and developers the opportunity to test their address matching software packages. They must achieve a specific percentage of compliance. Then, they will then be certified by USPS. Read more about the Coding Accuracy Support System here.

When you process a file with TrueNCOA, your file will be processed through NCOA, CASS, DPV, and RDI.
